Summary

Career STREAMS offered an enhanced employment training program integrated with education on healthy relationships and finance literacy to adults ages 18 to 30 seeking employment.

The program delivered integrated content on employment and healthy relationships in a two-week workshop with daily seven-hour sessions followed by five one-hour booster sessions. Participants also received individualized employment case management and job development services for up to 12 months after program enrollment, which were offered as part of the provider’s traditional training program.
